SELECTED PROJECTS

- MOL Hazardous Waste Incineration Plant project, MOL Dunai Finomító, Hungary. Project value +60M EUR, capacity of 53 000 tonnes per year. Participated in sales meetings and contract negotiations. Supervised a team of specialists in creating the Basic Design Evaluation project. Organized and implemented data exchange platform among stakeholders. Supervised 3D coordination efforts and managed the construction council.

- MoBRUK Hazardous Waste Incineration Plant redevelopment project to comply with BAT requirements, Karsy, Poland. Project value +30M EUR, capacity of 25 000 tonnes per year. Supervised a team of specialists in creating tender documentation for individual technological nodes and represented the EPC company in negotiations with suppliers of these nodes. Managed the construction council and oversaw 3D coordination efforts while organizing information exchange among stakeholders, including EPC, design companies, investors, and suppliers. Acted as the final client's representative before the Marshal's Office on environmental matters and prepared applications to amend the Integrated Permit.

- Hazardous Waste Incineration Plant project (capacity of 15 000 tonnes per year, location classified) Project value +25M EUR. Prepared capital and operating expenditure statements (CAPEX/OPEX), supervised the execution of the Project Environmental Conditions Report, oversaw the preparation of requests for modification of connection conditions, negotiated with potential EPCM contractors, performed analyses, and provided client support at every stage of the investment.

- Supervised the technology design and led the team through all stages of development, from concept to commissioning, of the two-stage Flue Gas Treatment system (dry and wet stage) at the Eneris Pro-Eco Hazardous Waste Incineration Plant in Bydgoszcz, overseeing a budget exceeding 1M EUR, and coordinating a team of 10+ people.

- Supervised the technology design and led the team through all stages of development, from concept to commissioning, of the Flue Gas Treatment system for 30MW WR-type boilers, including a semi-dry desulphurisation and SNCR denitrification system at a municipal heating plant in Skarżysko-Kamienna.Responsibilities included preparing and defending a successful grant application through the National Centre for Research and Development, overseeing a budget exceeding 1M EUR, and coordinating a team of 15+ people.

- Supervised the design of a flue gas line with silencers from three gas boilers to the stack and provided technological support for a heating plant in Pruszków.

- Designed and supervised the execution and installation of a conveyor system in the ATEX zone at the PKN Orlen refinery in Płock, including full EX certification and laboratory testing.

- Led the technical development from concept to completion of a 5MW alternative fuel heating plant in Sokółka, retrofitting an incineration unit into an old coal boiler house using wood waste from furniture board production. Responsibilities included developing the basic design, overseeing technical dialogue, supervising the civil design project, and coordinating interdisciplinary efforts.

- Prepared a conceptual design for a Hazardous Waste Incineration plant with a capacity of 30,000 Mg/year (location classified).

- Prepared a feasibility study for a Hazardous Waste Incineration plant with a capacity of 25,000Mg/year (Struga Jezuicka).

- Developed a conceptual design for a 25 Mg/day Hazardous Waste Incineration Plant (location classified).

- Led the design of a 5MW biomass wood chip-fired heating plant in Starachowice, including creating the technical concept, overseeing the entire design phase, technical dialogue and coordinating inter-industry efforts.

- Developed a conceptual design for the modernization and expansion of the Municipal Waste Incineration Plant in Warsaw, with a project value of approximately 320M EUR and a processing capacity of 305k Mg/year.
