Main focus last year was to decrease inventory level and in the same time keep Scanfil growth. All the time I'm involved in automation of supply chain processes (mainly using RPAs)

- warehousing (incoming processes, storage and components preparation for production)
- purchasing - operational (daily buy/speed up/postpone purchase order) and tactical (handling negotiations/escalations/supplier development and selection)

-distribution department - handling all transport customs etc
- production planning team responsible for short therm scheduling
- analytics department responsible for preparation all input data, reports, visualization in PowerBI and RPAs

I was responsible for coordination of new products introduction mostly in international teams. I was responsible for Leading people and motivate them to do great job according to project management rules.
I needed a skills in budget preparation, documentation verification, logistics and planning of project and production, risk analysis and change handling. Several times I was responsible as main project manager in projects where development team was involved. All projects have been finished with success.
As Quality and Improvement Engineer I was responsible for quality internal and external KPI reporting,production and administration problem solving, improvements on all production steps, complaint handling.
I was involve in international teams of product and project FMEAs and project handling from quality point of view.

As product Leader I was responsible for introduction of products on production, product and production handling during product life time, change handling and product phase out. My daily work was connected to technical documentation preparation and implementation, training of shop floor operators, technical and quality problem solving.
