- aligning distribution plans with production and demand plans
- organizing road, intermodal and rail transport from factories to European countries
- close cooperation with carriers, production planning department, market coordinators, demand planners and distribution centers
- preparation of current cost and operational analyzes
- preparation and leading meeting with company's stakeholders

- planning and monitoring of deliveries to customers/distribution centers in Europe
- close cooperation with carriers, sales department and production planners
- creating reports
- securing the availability of goods in case of special actions
- support in the control of the distribution plan and production execution

- maintaining contact with existing customers
- acquiring new customers
- negotiating transport rates with carriers
- close cooperation with logistics companies
- handling of the Trans.eu and TimoCom freight exchanges
