• Daily reconciliation of cash movements to ascertain that the balances are correct
• Resolving tax differences with coupons and dividends, including tax reclaims receivables
• Opening/following up inquiries with responsible teams
• Providing training and assistance to other team members

• Controlling the circulation of documents
• Reporting of sales results
• Ongoing processing of orders and complaints

Running an online store;

• Fulfillment of orders from the Allegro site
• Establishing and maintaining business relationships with the warehouses

• Controlling the notarial deeds
• Entering information on civil law transactions into the internal systems
• Documentation management
