- Identified problems in the integration between Operators over the world (for example Verizon USA, Play Poland, Telkom South Africa, Softbank Japan) and specific resolutions to fix defective in the systems.
- Selected manufacturing methods, fabrication and operations to develop and coordinate production.
- Monitoring the internal infrastructure and raising the incident with the concerned team.
- Served as technical liaison between customer, manufacturing, quality assurance and vendor and supplier personnel to resolve technical and quality issues.
