• Developed various office administrative tools to help automate key tasks to improve efficiency, and to aid in the standardization of processes across all centres and regions.
• Helped to develop effective systems and processes for the transfers department,
• In 2022 and 2023 recruited and trained all transfers staff.
• Conducted performance reviews for the Ops team, identifying areas for improvement for each team member and developing action plans.
• Led the UK Ops team through the BC inspection in 2024.

• Responsible for the overall quality of the course delivery at the 4 London locations based at Queen Mary University, London Southbank University, UEL Docklands and UCL (flagship centre), providing courses for up to 650 students weekly at each location.
• Organized and Led the 'London stay' programme for groups based in locations outside of London requiring a London weekend getaway.
• Regional Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead DSL responsible for student welfare.
• Responsible for programme preparation in the lead up to the summer, including booking transport, facilities, attractions and catering.
• Responsible for monitoring costs around centre expenditure.
• Interviewed and recruited management teams for the centres.
