  • Business and technical owner for all ATM related contracts incl. outsourcing agreements with multiple vendors (services, hardware, acquiring)
  • First Hyosung machine on Polish market, project was co-developed with Planet Cash network with support from BNPP Global ATM Expert Group as a part of Bank’s supplier diversity strategy
  • Cash deposit functionality introduction for Euronet and Planet Cash off –premise locations (transaction processed in few sequences, non-standard solution for the market). From business negotiations, SOW, contract creation up to testing and roll out
