• In order to enhance provider revenue and reduce accounts receivable days, I meticulously review unpaid claims from insurance companies, verify patient benefits through HIPAA-compliant calls while adhering to international confidentiality norms, monitor payments and Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), and assess aging accounts to establish payment plans or restructure past-due balances.

• I am responsible for contacting U.S. insurance companies on behalf of doctors to follow up on outstanding accounts receivable, addressing major rejections and denials.
