Healthy life style, strenght workout, running, riding the bicykle, ice swimming, selfdevelopment.

Everyday I am taking care of my mental and physical health. I love preparing healthy food for me and my family. I have completed some online courses for dieticians. Strength or cardio workouts are always a part of my daily routine and within autumn and winter time I love winter swimming. I am very concentrated on my mental health as well. Therefore I like reading books about personal development and I like setting up myself some personal goals to achieve. One of my favourite quote is " Create a life you can't wait to wake up to".

Additional Information

I am a mother of 3 girls (6,11,16) and I am looking for the job I could easily combine with my family life. I love helping people, sharing with them good vibes and energy and adding some value to their everyday routine . My mission is to improve the quality of peoples lifes in any possible way.
