AP TE Global Lead
- Design and implement long- and mid-term global Travel Management strategy, focusing on organization (based on best practices), processes and IT solutions
- Definition and evolution of T&E related processes and policies in alignment with HR, Finance, Purchasing and management
- Leading corporate travel management team globally (3 TL's, +50 employees)
- Ensure compliance of T&E processes and systems with global and regional T&E policies and guidelines
- Coordination of rollouts of T&E systems, processes and policies in alignment with finance, purchasing and HR according to project and business requirements
- Supervising the global travel management solution (SAP Concur) and the adherence to global guidelines incl. the continuous improvement
- Project support for country specific adoptions and further Rollouts of SAP Concur Request, Expense, Travel
- POC for service/system suppliers (travel agency, credit card provider, T&E system provider)
