Part of the CISO Cloud SOC working with Business units' integration to the Cloud SOC. Contributed to decrease the number of the BU's pending to be onboarded to the Cloud SOC. Participated in Tabletops to evaluate the efficiency of the escalation path in case of incident. Facilitated successful collaborations for the completion of internal projects. Worked directly with SOC Management to define SIEM rules applicable to each Business Unit.

Migration and implementation of direct tax processes. Managed the migration of the Direct Tax processes from Brazil to Costa Rica. Implemented the processes and prepared the analysts to execute the tasks. Worked closely with the direct tax team lead to approve and proceed with the tax returns on time. Created a one pager that helped the Tax Director to understand the value of the process done.

Part of the Accounts Payable Team with a deep involvement in Invoice Resolution and Travel & Expenses processes. Implemented the Travel & Expense processes migrated to Costa Rica. Acted as a project manager for the implementation of processes related to price conditions and taxes. Managed the stakeholders to improve the way the tasks were executed.
