Producer / Production Manager of many commercial projects: TV/digital video commercials and photoshoots for brands such as Santander, Decathlon, o.b., Lays, Pepsi, Tyskie, Captain Jack, Wittchen, Deichmann, Schneider Electric, 3M and more.
My work included :
• communication with creative agencies and clients
• preparing cost estimations for projects based on the documents provided by creatives: briefs, scripts, director's treatments etc.
• forming a team of film crew within assigned budget
• planning and conducting a shooting process
• completing a project on all levels of post-production right up to the final presentation with the client

• production and financial management of practical workshops with many respected filmmakers such as Paweł Edelman, Filip Bajon, Sławomir Idziak, Witold Sobociński, Piotr Śliskowski, Radosław Ładczuk and more
• management of the work of 3 shooting studios, including a team of studio employees, equipment, schedule of classes and events
• production management of different events such as festivals, conferences, corporate events
• coordination and supervision the production of about 300 short videos

I managed all of the projects in organizational, financial and formal terms.
