Co-Project Manager for the Self-Service Checkouts Implementation Project - Lidl (2020-2021).

• Shared oversight of all phases of the project to implement self-service checkouts in Lidl stores

Results: Preparation, delivery, installation, and commissioning of 1,800 self-service checkouts in 301 Lidl stores.

• Coordinated the installation, relocation, and dismantling of ATMs in branches and off-site locations.
• Responsible for schedules, logistics, and supervision of technical teams.
