I know how this work is hard, and I am not the best cook, but I am traing be better every day.
I work in kitchen, about last 10 years. I started in mexican restaurant, next was by american and italian restaurants.
I had my own business for about 2 years(2020-2022) bar with burgers and tex mex, during in pandemic.
And now I work in french restaurant like a sous chef. i am responsability for my team (2 people), storage, haccp order and presentation of dishes.
I prepared food by weight.
