I have more than 10 years of experience in the IT industry. I started my adventure with the service desk, went through application maintenance on linux servers and reached people management. I gained the greatest experience in working with people at the beginning of my professional career at the Labor Office. In the meantime, I also worked as a project manager in a board game publishing house. My interpersonal and technical skills gained during my work experience allow me to efficiently troubleshoot problems, deliver excellent customer service and manage people.
