• Conduct business and system analysis across multiple projects in banking and fintech domains (CSSA, RelOnion, UniCredit in collaboration with InPost);
• Design end-to-end onboarding processes for corporate clients, covering the full journey from service application to activation for InPost Pay and InPost Buy;
• Design and validate inter-system communication (APIs, endpoints) for integration between banking platforms, payment providers, and external partners;
• Analysis of application code (at a basic level) to support system understanding, validate business logic, and troubleshoot integration issues;
• Design and analysis of REST API communication between systems, ensuring proper data exchange and integration consistency;
• Design integrations with external public registries, including KRS and CEIDG, to support automated data retrieval and customer verification processes;
• Gather and define business and system requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholders from banking, fintech, and logistics sectors;
• Facilitate workshops and analytical sessions with clients and cross-functional teams (business, IT, external vendors) in Polish and English;
• Participate in system architecture discussions, supporting design of scalable and secure solutions for financial services;
• Perform data analysis and support business decision-making using SQL and system insights;
• Support Agile delivery processes, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and estimation of initiatives;
• Provide implementation support, including testing, validation, and documentation of new functionalities.

Pre-sales & Project Scoping Activities

• Actively participated in pre-sales processes including: initial business and system analysis of potential projects;
• Estimation of project scope, effort, and complexity
  identification of key risks, dependencies, and integration challenges
  preparation of input for commercial offers and solution proposals;

• Conduct business and system analysis for the corporate client settlement system (ABBA);
• Perform business and system analysis in the areas of entities, documents, and system dictionaries;

• Analyze application code (at a basic level) to support system understanding, validate business logic, and troubleshoot integration issues;
