2. Project Portfolio & Performance Management
- Oversee the execution of a portfolio of industrial projects related to automation, process optimization, and quality improvement.
- Set and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for project success, including: on-time project delivery, budget adherence, resource utilization efficiency, stakeholder satisfaction levels
