  • Improved Factory Process Reliability (PR) by 3% using SMED standardization and centerline. Implementation of IWS (Integrated Work System). Achieving the highest monthly PR + 11.6% vs baseline on Pouch Department.
  • Reduced consumer complaints ratio (#/kTons) by 52% in 2022 vs 2021
  • Prepared and executed the production department budget (13 m€). Delivering productivity by implementation of new ways of working and automatization.

I reorganized work of Quality and Production Departments for South System Plants (2 location) to address business needs and maximize effectiveness due to planning model change from “Make to Stock” to “Make to Order”.   • Responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping. Sustained Production Efficiency (PE) at the level 85,5% despite COVID 19 restrictions in 2020.
  • Reduced customer complaints in category of fallen pallets by 30%.
  • The best audit result of Danone Safety Program WISE (Working In Safe Environment) at Poland Water division (57,5% in a scale of 60%).
  • Prepared and executed the plant budget (12 m€).
  • CAPEX execution (4,6 m€) on time and high quality. Due to COVID 19 restrictions I set up new ways of working to run the main project “Masterbrand renovation” in 2020. As a result implementation time was reduced by one week versus plan and delivered 44 k€ savings.
  • Productivity program Leader for Żywiec Zdrój Industrial Productivity Steam. Delivered productivity for 4 Żywiec Zdrój Plants according to the plan (1 m€ in 2020). I built productivity pipe line for 2021 which secures 90% of plan.

Leveraged safety standards confirmed by a high result of Danone 12 BASIC + LOTO audit - 93% in 2018 (versus result 50% in 2017). Second best results of over 3 300 days without accident at Danone Poland.
  • Prepared and executed the plant budget (2,6 m€). Ensured cost effectiveness, delivered productivity according to the plan (66 k€ year on year).

  • Created and developed Factory Strategic Plan (FSP) for North Water System (2 factories) in accordance with FSP for Danone Water Division in Poland.

Prepared documents related to the manufacturing procedures and specifications for the finished product of new product developments. Poznan Quality Department received the award of the most successful lunches of new products granted by the Global Quality Center in Chicago in 2011.
  • Developed BBQ and FS project (Behaviors Based on Quality and Food Safety) and reporting “quality near misses” initiative, which contributed to increase quality awareness of associates.
  • I was the ISO 22 000 coordinator. I continuously improved an integrated management system based on: product quality, food safety, occupational health and safety management, environmental management. I effectively aligned the existing quality Wrigley’s standards to corporate requirements of Mars standards, which contributed to obtain a certificate of compliance issued by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance.
  • Lead the PQ pillar (Product Quality Pillar) using TPM tools for example: 4M; QA, QM, QX matrix. I effectively eliminated the main categories of consumers and customers complaints.
