I have many years of experience in the area of logistics management of technical components. Working with internal and external entities, I was responsible for the process of planning, purchasing, stock management for the behalf of a drugstore chain.
I was actively involved in the implementation of innovations and projects in the following areas: parent, IT application development and HR solutions.
Currently, I am working in a company-wide project where I conduct meetings and interviews with representatives of the Business to map key processes, I create substantive content, reports and analyze data.
In the meantime, referring to my interests, I took my own initiative to expand my knowledge and gain experience in the field of HR within my own position and in cooperation with the HR Department.
Turning to HR is a natural consequence of my need and ability to work with people.
