Implementation of customer order processes in terms of:
Timely order acceptance,
Feedback communication with the customer upon receipt of the
order,
Registration and processing of the order in the electronic system,
Controlling the order in terms of the assortment ordered, the
current availability of goods and the customer's ability to pay,
Preparation of correct and timely commercial documentation;
Working closely with sales, planning and other departments.
Communicate with customers regarding:
Confirming receipt of orders and lead time, terms of delivery of
goods,
Control and analysis of the correctness of deliveries;
Adherence to the established terms of cooperation with
customers, monitoring of granted trade credits, payments, etc.
