- Strategic HR Leadership. Development and implementation of the HR strategies that support the country business objectives, ensuring compliance with the global HR framework while addressing local nuances.
- Talent Management. Oversee the development and implement talent management programs that ensure the growth, retention, and succession of high-potential employees. Driving the performance management process, including setting performance standards, conducting appraisals, and facilitating feedback and development plans. Ensuring that performance is eligned with the current business goals.
- Employee Retention and Engagement. Fostering a positive working environment by managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, promoting a culture of engagement diversity and inclusion.
- Compensation and Benefits. Making the research on the market, developing and managing competitive salary forks and benefit programs that are align with the internal career specific and is adequate and attractive.
- Compliance and Risk Management. Ensuring that HR practices are compliant with Local Labour and other Laws and regulations. Policy implementation and development. Issuing and ordering the internal regulation documentation. Managing risk related to employment practices, including disciplinary actions, grievances etc.
- Training and Development. Leading the design and implementation of the internal training programs to enhance employees skills, career development and leadership capabilities. ensuring that the workforces are prepared to meet current and future challenges.
