Client management:
- Weekly meetings with the client.
- Collecting new recruitment needs.
- Distribution of vacancies among consultants.
- Work on the client's ATS.
- Running internal trackers with active jobs and candidates in the process.

Other:
- Building an IT Talents database using direct search method followed by creating relations with passive and active candidates.
- Posting job descriptions (various channels such as online job boards, social media platforms, etc.).
- Pre-selecting applications.
- Presenting job offer details to Candidates.
- Conducting interviews.
- Preparing reports/recommendations for clients, and providing candidate support during the recruitment process.
