Over 3 years of experience in customer service. When I started working in 2019 my work was only limited to Contact Center but now it widened to post sales and claims. Through my line of work I managed to gather a lot of expectations and requirements that are the most valued by clients and help to actually fulfill the promises contained in the contract.

My interests are mainly related to the field of study: the culture of contemporary East Asia and Middle East, its economy, regional security and history. My Bachelor's research is currently focused on Chinese investments in Africa and BRI initiative.
In my free time I travel all over Europe and neighboring countries (so far the ones I like come back to the most are Italy and Norway).
