• Managed rigging, lifting, and deck equipment operations, closely collaborating with crane operators and deck crew.
• Monitored cargo stability and vessel ballast plans during loading/unloading to maintain safety and compliance.
• Prepared and reviewed cargo documentation, checklists, and safety procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Communicated effectively with shore teams, stevedores, and contractors for coordinated operations.
• Identified and solved operational challenges on deck, demonstrating problem-solving under pressure.
