Planning of manning requirements for projects executed by Trident BMC. Preparation of contractual and operational schedules for refurbishment projects in the shipbuilding industry, primarily scrubber installations on cruise and container vessels, as well as technical projects such as the replacement of potable water lines and steelwork. Monitoring progress and preparing project reports.

Implementation & administration of the ERP system – SAGE X3.

Management of a six-person team. Verification of created plans and calculations of hourly norms for tasks undertaken by production teams, as well as cost control for projects.

Handling the company's key clients.

Responsibilities: Preparing master production schedules for projects and manpower histograms (main sectors: Oil & Gas, Offshore). Verifying progress reports prepared by the company workforce or subcontractors. Creating progress status reports for the company and clients. Analyzing project progress and preparing additional reports as needed.

Participation in projects (as the main planner):

• Fabrication of steel sections/platform elements (1,200T) or fully equipped modules: Ormen Lange, H6e, GJØA, Ekofisk, Eldfisk, and Grieg for clients such as Aker Kvaerner/Aker Egersund.
• Fabrication of offshore towers (pipelay towers/drilling towers) for clients IMECA REEL and National Oilwell.
• Fabrication of offshore wind farm components, including transformer stations, wind turbine elements such as cathodic protection cages, grout skirts, and platforms for Bladt Industries.
• Conversion of a drilling rig into a processing center for Lotos Petrobaltic.

Responsibility: Developing software to integrate all database systems used within the company, transitioning from systems utilizing Dbase files to Access and Oracle databases.
