Polcard has 210,200 POS terminals around Poland and serv business to over 92,000 clients. Fiserv has also strong present at Europe, especially in Germany, UK and Poland.

- Responsible for prepared financial data (balance, P&L) are accurate, complete, timely and filed with all relevant requirements.

- Responsibility for all clearing & settlement reconciliation activities and processes connected with: merchants, mobile operators, banks, bill payments providers and payments scheme systems (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners, BLIK).
- Responsibility for company treasury, cash management and foreign exchange function (parent company cash repatriation targets, divided payout, intercompany loans, F/X trading).
- Managing company bank relations, especially in area of: accounts agreements, credit facilities, guaranties, deposits, F/X dealing and systems/platforms.
- Preparing & reviewing budgets, short and long term plans, cash forecasts.
- Lead multinational M&A project from both business and financial perspective, exposure to EGM level (approx. 16 million USD revenue).
