  • Company Overview: Polcard is leading card processing company with over 30 years of experience, part of Fiserv – US based global group. Polcard has 210,200 POS terminals around Poland and serv business to over 92,000 clients. Fiserv has also strong present at Europe, especially in Germany, UK and Poland.
  • Manage G/L Team responsible EMEA region entities – 8 direct reports; strong cooperation with in-country Finance organization.
  • Responsible for prepared financial data (balance, P&L) are accurate, complete, timely and filed with all relevant requirements.
  • Manage statutory, internal and/or external audit controls.
  • Responsible for all reconciliations, secure compliance with corporate policies and standards.
  • Work with local and in-country Controlling Teams to review budget plans, performance, variances, accruals and etc.
  • Drive internal accounting organization into center of excellence by introducing standard agenda into processes and data (quality improvement).

  • Responsibility for all clearing & settlement reconciliation activities and processes connected with: merchants, mobile operators, banks, bill payments providers and payments scheme systems (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners, BLIK).
  • Responsibility for company treasury, cash management and foreign exchange function (parent company cash repatriation targets, divided payout, intercompany loans, F/X trading).
  • Managing company bank relations, especially in area of: accounts agreements, credit facilities, guaranties, deposits, F/X dealing and systems/platforms.
  • Preparing & reviewing budgets, short and long term plans, cash forecasts.
  • Lead multinational M&A project from both business and financial perspective, exposure to EGM level (approx. 16 million USD revenue).
