- Creating and monitoring forecasts in planning system for a designated set of products.
- Ensuring accurate set-up and data integrity within system, reviewing exceptions, executing demand planning calendar tasks on time.
- Leading and providing input on forecast related meetings, reviewing consumption trends and taking corrective actions/researches.
- Demand Planning management; cooperation with Sales, Marketing, Finance and others Dept. within S&OP process.
- Leading and participating in projects as determined by the Supply Chain Planning Manager.
- Conducting frequent communication and troubleshooting with Customer Experience, Marketing, Finance and Sales internal and cross-regional teams.

- Placing and processing orders for FG and RPM, entering and maintaining data in SAP S4, cooperation with the distribution center.
- Monitoring orders, coordinating deliveries, regularly informing the customer service department about the status of deliveries.
- Providing medium to long term procurement plans to Evergreen suppliers.
- Implementation of transport transfers of goods between several warehouses.
- Proactive communication with suppliers in order to identify and prevent potential issues with the supply of Evergreen products.
- Conducting write-offs for damaged or obsolete FG & RPM in SAP S4.
- Annual inventory of the warehouse.
- Participating in S&OP Supply review meetings.
- Intrastat - preparing monthly reports.
