I have been working as advisor on the hotline for almost a year and I can confidently say, that this experience has been extremely valuable to me. I have been moved around to different projects.

During this time, I have gained skills sales skills by effectively presenting offers. Solving problems and dealing with

difficult situations taught me the importance of flexibility and patience in customer service.

assistance was crucial in achieving our goals, my co-workers helped me adapt.

Through this experience, I not only increased my confidence, but also developed organizational skills that will certainly come in handy in the future.

I had the unique opportunity to contribute to maintaining order and cleanliness in a warehouse, a temporary job that lasted just two weeks. Despite the short duration, the experience was incredibly valuable, as it allowed me to develop essential skills in teamwork.

During this time, I faced challenges related to the language barrier. However, through numerous collaborative discussions, I was able to overcome these obstacles. With each passing day, I grew more confident in my communication abilities, which played a crucial role in fostering smooth cooperation.

Although brief, this intense experience not only helped me enhance my coordinating skills but also enriched me with the invaluable ability to collaborate within a diverse team.

My internship at a family business significantly enhanced my professional skills. My responsibilities included packing packages, which honed my attention to detail and efficiency. I also gained valuable experience in customer service, helping me develop strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Occasionally, I was responsible for cleaning, which taught me the importance of maintaining a tidy and organized workspace. Additionally, I took on the role of cashier, further expanding my range of abilities.

I have gained significant experience in child care, starting from a young age when I regularly looked after my younger siblings. Additionally, I had the opportunity to care for a cousin, which further developed my skills. My experience also includes working with children outside of my family, where I provided care for a period of about a month and a half.
