Key responsibil ties:

• Receiving, assessing, breaking down, data capture, storage, and allocation of materials received to site.
• Carry out all tasks in accrdance wiht training.
• Check that the arrivals are handled in accordance with the set protocols & fully compliant with Health & Safety procedures
• To ensure that all consignments are quality assesses on intake.
• Sign off all arrivals against the stock itinerary, reconciling the actual quantities against the dispatch document.
• Ensure that the area of work remains orderly and systematic, deploynig a clean as you practice
• manage the verification of arrivals and accurate data entry onto te electronic data capture system
• Ensure that all FLT and pallet trucks are checked daily, operated correctly and charging procedures are followed and that any malfunction is reported
• To ensusfer of broken down materials from the Intake area to Stock Controllers
• To ensure all lorry drivers adhere to vehicle key management procedures.
• To ensure that lorry docking and loading bay procedures are carried out ensuring that any risk of pest ingress or temperature abuse is minimised
• To adhere to all aspects of company higiene policy and operation procedures
