Responsibilities:

• Scale and further automate SCM Finance solutions, moving from foundational reporting toward integrated, scalable Power BI and Snowflake-based financial management tools.
• Own forecasting and financial performance management across SCM, with a strong focus on forecast accuracy, proactive variance management and reliable forward-looking financial insights.
• Broaden Finance ownership beyond traditional SCM controlling, connecting SCM operational performance, Accounts Payable, Management Reporting and Financial Accounting.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives such as Project Avalanche, strengthening AP forecasting and working-capital visibility across direct and indirect spend.

Key Achievements:

• Scaled forecasting and controlling capabilities to achieve >97% monthly forecast accuracy for PV/HP CM1 and ≥97% M-1 AP forecast accuracy for direct spend, while embedding Project Avalanche into BAU.
• Expanded SCM Finance into a more integrated financial management function by connecting operational SCM data, Management Reporting and Financial Accounting, strengthening reconciliations, cost transparency and end-to-end P&L ownership.

Responsibilities:

• Built the SCM Finance reporting infrastructure, with a strong focus on automating financial and operational performance reporting and creating a reliable data foundation for decision-making.
• Established the SCM performance management framework, defining financial and operational KPIs for Weekly Business Reviews (WBR) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBR).
• Developed reporting and controlling standards across PV and HP, improving transparency of CM1, material costs, working capital and operational performance.
• Built and developed the SCM Finance team, establishing clear responsibilities, processes and governance while strengthening financial knowledge and business partnering capabilities across the organization.
• Partnered with SCM, Procurement and Operations leadership to embed financial ownership and data-driven decision-making into day-to-day business management.

• Built the core SCM Finance reporting and KPI infrastructure, establishing automated performance reporting and standardized WBR/MBR management routines across PV and HP.

Responsibilities:

• Progressed through multiple Finance roles, from Business Analyst to Program Finance Manager, expanding scope from site-level controlling to cluster and EU-wide Finance ownership.
• Acted as Finance Business Partner to Operations and senior leadership, owning budgeting, forecasting, cost control, productivity analysis and financial performance management.
• Built and developed Finance teams, processes and reporting solutions, supporting both operational decision-making and long-term financial planning.
• Led financial planning and controlling across large-scale fulfillment operations, including fixed and variable costs, workforce planning, month-end close and performance reporting.
• As Program Finance Manager, led the Finance workstream of an EU-wide transformation of the temporary workforce hiring model, developing the financial framework, assessing cost and operational implications, and supporting implementation across European operations.

• Progressed from Business Analyst to Program Finance Manager, taking on increasingly complex leadership responsibilities across site, cluster and ultimately EU-level programs.
