• Working with test team to prepare proper set of tests for new prepared configurations

• Troubleshooting- solving issues that not required code changes- database manipulation, admin changes on the system and servers, providing explanations to the client.
• Analysis of the reported technical issues- preparing descriptions of the issue for developers
• Analysis of requested small features- preparing business needs for developers and consulting proposed solutions with the client.
• Delivering documentation and running workshops with customers for delivered changes.
