Audit Team for International and Advisory Audit Projects

• Conducting audits, advisory projects and business analyses at ORLEN S.A. and its capital group subsidiaries, incl. foreign – seated entities, in accordance with International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing established by the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA);
• Identification and assessment of risk, effectiveness of internal control system, efficiency of business processes;
• Developing recommendations focused on rising efficiency of performed business processes, increasing probability of achieving enterprise objectives throughout corporate risks mitigation.

• Development of templates for lease agreements as regards warehouse and logistic properties, aimed at securing RUCH S.A. interests as a tenant, negotiations with landlords;
• Development of best internal standards for process of negotiating, approving, signing and entering into lease agreements, including assurance of effective corporate cooperation /proper sSoD between all units involved;
• Elaboration of strategy for own properties, covering measures aiming at removal or mitigation of its legal defects.

• Supervision over unit’s operations, trade and commercial law services, day to day legal advisory, collaboration with external law firms;
• Negotiations with key vendors & suppliers (e.g. property lease, insurance);
• Monitoring of receivables, managing comprehensive debt collection services;
• Developing of corporate governance system standards for capital group.

• Establishing debt collection legal department from the ground up, designing its structure and organizational chart, ensuring its efficient operations incl. implementing adequate support systems.
• Recruitment in house legal advisers and enter into collaboration with of counsel attorneys at law.
• Comprehensive ongoing supervision over running debt collection services and department’s results;
• Claims recovery based on material and legal actions i.a. amicable and judicial actions /court and arbitrage litigations as well as enforcement proceedings through bailiff, issuing opinions and /or developing contractual proper performance bonds;
• Cyclic analyses as regards undertaken actions and services efficiency, submitting reports to customers.
