With extensive experience as the Manager of the Technology and Process Department for a leading company in the production and sale of office seats and soft seating on the Polish and European markets, I have gained valuable expertise in international projects and language skills development. Through cross-functional work, I have acquired knowledge about different work cultures and a deeper understanding of organizational needs. In my role, I effectively oversee production processes, conduct optimization and investment projects. One of my part was to collaborate with sales, development and marketing teams. Whether working independently or as part of a team, I approach new challenges with dedication and self-discipline. I have successfully led transfer projects and implemented new productions, always prioritizing team comfort and motivation.
