Mazda project (React based, CMS/content driven)

Together with around 8 team members are responsible for front-end of Mazda website. Set of around 20 websites for european markets. Product combined content, car configurator, dealer searches, forms etc. I jumped into legacy painfull in maitenance system and converted it to app which has nice dev experience and where we’re able to introduce business changes quickly with confidency, almost withouts bugs.

Taxi corporation product (Next.js based)

Developed an app for a call center department. Worked as part of cross-functional client team. Emphasized long-term maintainability through the implementation of good practices and automated tests, ensuring smooth transitions for the client team's future development.

Performance consultant

Recent project was for the one of the biggest e-commerce in Poland. Together with team responsible for performance I set backlog of tasks in order to improve metrics.

I leaded team of 5 front-end developers and was responsible for tech direction of front-end for Mazda Europe website. Except typical TL responsibilities like o2o sessions, setting growth paths or salaries management I put strong focus on mentoring and sharing knowledge.

My attitude and actions made possible smooth transition to self organized team when whole company switched to teal management model.

I combined being developer with engagement in initiatives at company level.

Thanks to my team lead & remote working experience was part of a team responsible for transformation organisation into teal model (organisation model introduced by Frederic Laloux) where fundamentals are self management, responsibility and transparency. As a outcome we created company “playbook”, outlines an organization's culture, practices, and rules.

I was responsible for preparing and running workshops. I worked with groups of approximately 10 individuals, we simulated real team-working conditions. The main workshop topics I conducted revolved around JavaScript and front-end ecosystem.

It was part time cooperation, mostly during weekends. I spend around 300h providing workshops.

Most of my work was focused on classic front-end development without frameworks and one bigger project in React. In order to collaborate in team of developers and ensure the ability to easily scale and maintain products in long term, it was necessary to introduce consistent standards and practices.

I worked in startup environment and was only developer there so was responsible for whole product development from tech point of view. Main responsibilities were developing MVPs, gathering feedback from users and implementing changes in order to meet users/company needs. All of that with close cooperation with other non-tech team mates.

Developed multiple e-commerce platforms. I was responsible for full implementation, taking charge of everything from design through front-end implementation to back-end integration in PHP (e-commerce solution based on Symfony).
