• Ensuring that services are delivered in line with service description and contractual obligations with reference to >3 000 network CIs in UK, FR and IE
• Close cooperation with SDMs, Contract Managers and PMs in order to achieve the highest quality of service and ongoing projects
• Managing escalations and crisis situations
• Cooperation with project and procurement teams (project cost calculations, resource assignment, progress validation)
• Supporting LAN HWR Project Team in execution of EMEA scope for 2019
• Preparing monthly SRM kit for GSA NDCS Top Management, initializing CSI actions
