My name is Magdalena Kowalska and I am from Poland. I have several years of experience in customer service in 2 international corporations - T-mobile and BNPParibas bank. I very liked to work in Warsaw - capital of Poland, but the desire to learn about other cultures and new experiences prevailed and I decided to start a new job in the Netherlands.
A break from mental work gave me the strength to start the next step which is the Czech Republic. I have high expectations for this country
and I have high hopes for acclimatizing to the Czech Republic.
I think that getting to know the next culture will pay off and increase the strength of my experience in customer service.
