Human factors researcher and AI specialist with a background in psychology and social research. As the first psychologist, and the youngest student within the Executive Diploma in AI for Business at Said Business School, University of Oxford, Magda has dedicated career to exploring the intersection of human behaviour and technology.
Magda has two master's degrees, a postgraduate degree from Oxford University, and professional experience in an EU agency, and a top investment firm. Currently, Magda is a pioneer building a new industry of Human Factors and AI in the medical device industry.
As a Human Factors Researcher, AI Specialist, I lead usability research and validation studies for medical devices, particulary those incorporating AI systems. My role involves designing study methodologies, moderating studies, observation and analyzes. I work biggest pharma and healthcare companies focusing on enhancing the functionality and safety of AI-driven medical devices, aiming to better serve humanity. I always aim to contribute to advancements in medical technology.
Key achievements:
Withing just few months of starting my role, I traveled between US and UK to lead summative (validation) studies for Philips and Pfizer.
I had the privilege of presenting at conference in Silicon Valley, where I shared insights on the innovative integration of Human Factors and AI, focusing on differentiation between AI in Human Factors and Human Factors in AI
I have designed internal tools utilizing generative AI, significantly improving document generation and analysis, optimizing workflow and efficiency.
Provided expert psychological support and guidance to individuals and groups navigating the intersection of technology and human experience, specializing in helping people understand and adapt to AI technology, focusing on bridging the gap between humans and artificial intelligence.
