• ACC Platform Customization: Administration of the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) platform, optimizing workflows and improving project management efficiency.
• Utilizing BIM Model: Creating detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on BIM models, facilitating accurate cost estimation, and procurement processes. Creating dynamic 4D BIM models through the integration of construction schedules and 3D models, enabling effective visualization and simulation of the construction process.
• BIM Standards Development: Developing and implementing BIM standards within the company. Improved customer satisfaction rates through proactive problem-solving and efficient complaint resolution.
• International Collaboration: Cooperation with a software provider to maximize the use of the platform in the projects.
• Providing support: Supporting project teams in utilizing BIM software such as BIM 360, BIM 360 Field, Navisworks, and ACC platform during daily work on the site.

• Document Management: Overseeing and managing the flow of project documentation for the Data Center project.
