- Process monthly payrolls for assigned markets including collection of all pay inputs, time and attendance entries, employee status changes, benefit deductions, etc. along with coordinating the settlement and accounting processes with payroll providers and internal Finance & Accounting teams.
- Ensure all payroll activities are processed accurately and timely in cooperation with internal clients and external providers
- Provide optimum service delivery, timely follow-up, and resolution of tickets/requests support to employees, in-country HR & Finance on payroll related matters.
- Ensure all transactions are processed in compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as government agency regulations.
- Participate in transitioning payroll activities: involve work shadowing and reverse shadowing sessions with in-country HR & Finance and documenting all internal processes.
- Managing all time tracking related reporting, including compliance and time distribution analysis, as well as managing the time entry uploads & submissions
- Manage payroll, pension and healthcare insurance in different countries, coordinate and make sure that external payroll vendors are on top of things in our different locations worldwide;
- Build strong relationships with managers and staff to deliver end-to-end payroll processes and guidance;
- Support People & Culture and Finance activities such as salaries policy development, leveraging HRIS and payroll;
- Ensure the development communication and application of global and local Payroll policies and procedures;
- Support on contracts for both B2B contractors and employees on stable contracts in PL;
- Take on different admin tasks related to payroll and in general be the contact person for everthing related to payroll;
- Mandate contracts: preparing contracts, termination documents, confirmation of earnings; conducting correct flow of documents in relation to contracts of mandate.
- Organizing and supporting Product Center Team's work;
- Recruitment of new team members and onboarding;
- Responsibility for the team over 100 people;
- Ensuring the full understanding of existing company policies, procedures
and processes among employees;
- Analysing and monitoring team performance;
- Providing additional analysis and reports;
