As a Assistant in Debt Collection Department, I was responsible for building and strengthening client relationship through consistent follow-up and efficient problem resolution. I worked closely with management to provide effective assistance in specific aspects of business operations using def-Bank 2000 system. I trained new employees and mentored them while contributing to a positive work environment with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive teamwork attitude.

At the Employment Agency, I am a coordinator of projects carried out in Germany. My tasks include HR services for a large group of employees in terms of contracts, documentation and remuneration. I supervise employees and summarize their monthly work. I try to build long-term relationships with clients and ensure the safety of employees in Germany.

As a Junior Quality Specialist at Euro Bank, I was responsible for controlling the employees of the entire Difficult Loans Department in terms of their duties. I participated in the bank's merger with Bank Millenium. I dealt with the complaint process. I have conducted numerous employee trainings and coaching sessions.

As a receivables advisor, my tasks included training (mentoring and controlling) new employees in the telephone debt collection process. I was responsible not only for the process, but also for the substantive preparation of employees to perform their official duties. In 2019, I was awarded the title of Employee of the Year for the best results in the Difficult Loans Department of Euro Bank.

In the above-mentioned position, I was responsible for the proper implementation of the telephone debt collection process in accordance with the applicable standards and the Debt Collection Procedure I conducted ongoing telephone and correspondence customer service in the field of cases with the utmost diligence and timeliness of tasks. My duties also included reporting on all commissioned business matters and respecting official and state secrets.

At Mex Bistro IX, I managed a team of employees in a restaurant. The scope of my duties included, among others, optimization of production costs, control of maintaining appropriate quality standards and compliance with health and safety rules.
