- GRANARIA – mixed-use project in the heart of Gdańsk, executed under the PPP formula. A two-phase development featuring two hotels (Holiday Inn and Clarion), over 600 apartments, 10,000 sqm of retail space, and a public parking lot for 500 cars. Winner of the MIPIM Award.
- As part of its obligations to the city, the project included the construction of a rotating footbridge, a drawbridge, and a marina, as well as the renovation of roads and the pedestrian infrastructure in the historic center of Gdańsk, all carried out under the supervision of the heritage conservator.
- CENTRAL POINT – office building located at the intersection of Warsaw’s two metro lines. Offering nearly 20,000 sqm of leasable space, fully leased to top-tier tenants.
- CEDET – reconstruction and expansion of an iconic piece of Warsaw’s architecture. Transformation of a department store built in the 1950s into a modern office building with retail space on the ground floor.
- Active search for new real estate opportunities for office projects in Warsaw and residential projects in Poland’s largest cities, particularly Warsaw, Gdańsk, Kraków, and Wrocław.
