Over twenty-five years of professional experience in the gastronomic-tourism industry in Poland, Europe and the USA, as well as working primarily in managerial positions, has provided me with a diverse range of skills and capabilities.
Was in charge of organizing trade fairs, conferences, cultural and entertainment events, conducting business negotiations, acquiring clients, coordinating subcontractors from external companies and handling events of 100-300 people.
Managed a team of 20+ employees, was in charge of selecting and cooperating with suppliers and premium customers - approximately 100 people daily. Planned and implemented the budget.
Responsible for the creation of project concepts and launching commercial service points, employee trainings and enforcing standards of operation in line with the company's guidelines.
Planned and supervised on-site events including those for business clients such as: Porsche, Nestle, Hogan Lovells, as well as all off-site catering.

Co-managed Amber Room restaurant in Sobański Palace, and later independently run Pomidoro restaurant. Was responsible for analyzing and optimizing restaurant operating costs and establishing and maintaining new business relationships with customers.

Student "White Star Service." Participated in the maiden voyage as the inaugural crew. Served passengers in the main "Britannia" restaurant, as well as in the Queens Grill restaurant. Supervised the room service department.
