Receiving emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information, addressing problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solution, dispatching drivers with load information, providing updates to the brokers and clients, taking care of CRM system, lumpers, detention, etc.

Building structure of the working process for new company, signing contacts with clients and drivers, providing fully dispatch services including booking loads, managing invoices etc.

Collaborating with shippers, brokers, carriers and company drivers, including booking loads and winning direct tenders from the shippers, providing trucking updates to the clients, handling all paperworks. Working with different type of equipment (reefers, flatbeds, stepdecks, RGNs, etc.)
