I'm an Agile enthusiast, who worked in Nokia from the beginning of the Agile transformation process in 2008. I enjoy the Scrum and SAFe approach and I'm strongly focused on extreme programming. Architect and developer role learned me that Agile is not only a "soft" approach. As an IT guy I combine soft Agile techniques with strong technical preparation of extreme programming. I'm strongly focused on quality and I'm a big fan of test driven development. I'm convinced that the best way to succeed is doing Agile in a proper way. Agile manifesto says : "The most efficient and effective method of conveying information to and within a development team is face-to-face conversation". So let's talk
