Getvibe is a consulting company from organizational culture domains, where I was working with execs, managers - how to build resilience and wellbeing in the workplace so that people can grow, realize their potential, and become successful.

mServices Sp. z o.o. provides the services of interface design and client experience in digital channels (UI/UX/Frontend) for mBank.

• Project management: I was managing a UX/UI/Frontend team (up to 10 people) delivering all projects across all mBank Group (all subsidiary companies).
• CRM / customer data related project: I was working on mBank corporate mobile application, specifically on the onboarding workflow, respective customer consents and customer notifications.
• Technical product delivery: One of the most complex technical product I supervised was mBank Design System, a system of reusable components presented both visually and in code accompanied by a set of rules and use patterns. Single source of truth for mBank companies that wanted to implement web pages, desktop applications and transactional systems.

Key achievements:

• Development and maintenance costs lowered by up to 50%.
• Extremely responsive, state-of-the-art React.js technology.
• Consistent user experience and branding across all platforms within mBank Group.

mBank has been an innovative bank providing multiple financial solutions.

• Working with consents: I was one of the product owners delivering onboarding process redesign (retail banking) together with legal analysis in regard to customer consents and marketing consents topics.
• Documentation experience: I was fully responsible for writing, managing and ordering a project documentation with drafting relevant workflows.

Kontomatik solutions are a bridge for the flow of financial data between companies, banks and customers. Using an open banking API enriched with analysis based on machine learning, it provides with the latest comprehensive view of client’s financial capacity, discipline, behavior and much more.

• I was a Product Owner of a technical team (mainly remote) and delivered together a financial payment product 'Monedo Pay' (virtual and physical payment cards) in Poland and Spain.I was hired by Kontomatik, but our customer was Kreditech Germany.
• The core features of the product was to implement KYC (know your customer) verification process and establish customer's payment capabilities in seconds to determine his scoring (risk analysis).
