Conducting group classes, language classes and individual lessons in language schools according to
implemented core curricula. The work of an English teacher required very good work organization,
positive attitude and constant improvement of language skills.

• Implemented project-based learning activities that encouraged collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills among students.

Accepting, placing bets and paying out the winnings during horse racing events. Working in a customer service required a very good command of English language, commitment and responsibility for my work area. The desire to take on new challenges was the motivation to start my first job abroad.

• Handled multiple payment methods securely, minimizing discrepancies and potential losses.
• Counted money in cash drawers at beginning and end of shifts to maintain accuracy.
• Resolved customer complaints professionally, leading to improved customer relations.

Reception and service of foreign guests at the seminar of the Polish-Austrian Society and help in translating for English speaking guests. I also assisted in translation at the international exhibition of the Defense Industry for military attachés. Translator's work has taught me how to communicate clearly, take initiative and respond quickly in challenging situations.
