

Currently working as an IT L2 Support / IT Operations Engineer at Capgemini, responsible for maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure in an enterprise environment (McDonald's). I handle incident management within the ITIL framework, perform system analysis and troubleshooting, and collaborate with L3 teams and McDonald's vendors (e.g., Havi, First Data, etc.). Since the beginning of my employment, I have been supporting and maintaining the production environment for McDonald's Deutschland, working with Windows Server on-premises environments, POS/kiosk infrastructure, analyzing production data and correcting anomalies, as well as supporting operational processes.
