  • I manage Outsourcing Sites (currently Poland, Egypt and Philippines) and my mission is to ensure these sites provide the best support experience to our Selling Partners by continually enhancing services, seeking areas of opportunity in our processes, and identifying improvements needed through the voice of our associates. This involves: comprehensive Performance Reviews (WBRs, QBRs, etc), Program Management for new launches and trend analysis to identify new areas of opportunity. On a daily basis I:
  • Maintain communication with subcontractors and inspectors to drive forward progress of project.
  • Direct site activities to drive smooth operations and achieve quality assurance metrics.
  • Organize and participate in monthly on-site meetings with clientele and subcontractors.
