  • Regional head of the Listed Derivatives department in Warsaw, focused on exchange traded Futures and Options. Ensure timely matching of trades to ensure the firm meets it's obligations towards clients and regulator and to avoid negative financial impact. Own and deliver on global strategic priorities with focus on STP fixes, reduced exceptions and partnership with Sales/ trading to deliver OneGS experience to clients.
  • Manage a team of 20+ people locally and oversee middle office/ trade matching and reconciliations for futures and options trades in EMEA and US exchanges
  • Partner with Sales, Trading, Engineering, Internal Audit, external auditors, Compliance and Controllers regularly to deliver on strategic business priorities, compliance on regulatory asks and strategic initiatives to drive scale
  • Manage the audit deliverables for global Listed Derivatives, partnering with PWC and Mazars on a yearly basis to fulfil audit requirements. Also, working closely with GS compliance on yearly CME DSRO exam (audit)
  • Oversee the global strategy for Listed Derivatives International (non-US) and ensure we achive defined quarterly and yearly targets. Achieved a 10% (on target) reduction in exchange v/s firm breaks in Q1 2025, reducing overall risk profile for the organisation
  • Successfully completed two functional migrations in Listed Derivatives in the last 4 years. Currently defining location strategy for the Controls organisation and overseeing it's kick off and implementation globally.
  • Manage hiring, budgets and people strategy on an ongoing basis
  • Defined a coaching and training strategy to build strong bench of future leaders in the organisation
