Supervising 24/7 production, over 100 blue collars and 9 grey collars in two glazing teams

Responsible for department KPIs

Supervising as a project manager or team member projects like:

• Assembly new glazing and casting lines
• Modernization of tunnel and chamber kilns
• Relocation lines from factory to factory
• Cost saving projects (slip and glaze)

Participate in planning CAPEX/OPEX budget

Supervising glazing team II (reporting to production manager) Responsible for achivement of departments KPIs

Analysis of production indicators

Supervising vacation and absence of workers

Settlement of working time

CO-responsibility with maintenance team for the machines

Participate in implemenation of new products

KPIs:

-10% less glazing scrap y/y

-15% less glazing correction y/y
